This is where we have been spending a great deal of our weekends. It's a little camp reserve about 20 minutes from our home. If I might oblige, I think it is safe to call this place our home-away-from-home this Summer.
We each find comfort in different things, and a reacquainted sense of peace always takes place. Exploration is never ceasing for the children. The daughter's fingers are always constantly picking up twigs, rocks, and nature's little treasures. The son makes sure to keep close, always next to mum, making sure I don't wander too far off the paved, dirt roads. The husband finds moments to relax in the sun-glazed shore and doze off to thee soft sounds of the golden waves.
Oh, dear Summer, don't go away.
