The two, raised garden beds are down, filled, and ready to grow. The (above) charts showed what we decided to plant. There will be a lot of eggplant, because they were the only seeds that survived during the 'seedling time'. The only Sunny window to grow them was in the living room, and the kids couldn't resist to play with the dirt. Note to self: make flourescent lamp when starting seedlings. We will try the vertical garden method for the cucumbers, and tomatoes. There is still room in the second raised bed for more veggies. Pictures to come soon.Garden Bed 1
