After semi-finishing this part of D's outfit, I have renewed my love for sewing. For so long, I've put sewing on the backburner . I was displeased with what options of what was out there, and the price range of outfits. We are in a financial crunch this year.
The blue cotton/nylon was made from an old pair of my pants. The printed fabric was from Hobby Lobby. I used this vest tutorial. More to come soon.
