I just wanted to let my friends know that I love GOODREADS.COM, and want to invite you avid book readers to come check out this website.
Basically, it's a free website for book lovers. Imagine it as a large library that you can wander through and see everyone's bookshelves, their reviews, and their ratings. You can also post your own reviews and catalog what you have read, are currently reading, and plan to read in the future. Don’t stop there – join a discussion group, start a book club, contact an author, and even post your own writing.
It's great, and it has been a great resource for checking out what parenting books have worked for my friends and family. I don't have to depend on fancy reviews, just the honor system of those I love and trust. Plus, it's a great exploration of what my friends are reading.
